hooray! I ran 6 laps around the park without stopping to walk today! about equivalent to 2 miles (I figured this out on Google Earth.) To people in sports, this is probably pathetic, but it is a personal accomplishment for me.
new personal goal: run at least 2 miles every day!
I wonder how I shall go about adding length. adding a third of a mile every week? I could try that.
Hey, these exercise-generated endorphins feel pretty good!
Oh, to add to that personal goal, I should walk my doggie at least 1 lap around the park every day. He should be active too.
call it a new year's resolution if you must!
